Horrible. They have cancled my order time and time again. I will do a mobile order and then I go to the drive through window only for them to say sorry not accepting any orders we are UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERWORKED??????? this is a huge problem and they need to be closed down if they aren’t accepting orders

The service was horrible they didn't want to help me at the register did not know how to use the kiosk and they wouldn't help me they also gave me a smoothie in a cup that had a split in the side when I took it back to them to get it replaced they tried to dump it in another cup and thought that would be all right it would not be all right so I had to go to the manager to get my money back I would never go back to this McDonald's again

A waste of time. We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes after ordering on the mobile app because it was supposed to be faster. We pulled up to the first window where the worker just waved us forward with no further communication. We waited 10 minutes in the window just for a worker to look at us like we were dumb for being there and then another worker to tell us because they didn’t have an item available that we would have to cancel our order and then reorder to get what they did have. Then they told us to hurry before breakfast was over like we didn’t order 40 minutes before that to avoid all of this. Then the order wasn’t cancelled on the app like the worker claimed it had been on their end. A waste of time.

Ordered thru mobile app for curbside at 11:36pm and paid for it on the app. No one came out to the curbside spot. Then I went thru driver thru to get my order but they said they’re only taking DoorDash orders even though I already paid and had the electronic receipt they refused to fulfill my order. Tried calling the next day to get a refund but they don’t answer the phone. Absolutely terrible place.
