    There is absolutely no reason to wait 30 minutes for an order. One guy handling all orders as the manager and everyone else does nothing at all the 3 star rating is too high/

    I bought a meal , sat down the store has a limit for how long you sit down even if you are a paying customer. I was literally the only person sitting down. I just don't think there should be a time limit for a paying customer

    The worst experience ever I’ve been sitting in a drive-through for 45 minutes. They’re very disrespectfully dirty as hell ignorant slow don’t care about the customers at all.

    They are SLOW. I don't know if it was due the the amount of orders, a staffing issue, management or a combination. This was the third time I ordered from there and had to wait 5-10 minutes for my order. It didn't matter if I ordered o. The app for counter pickup, curbside pickup or ordered inside. The staff there is hit or miss. My experience is has been barely acceptable to poor customer service and attitudes.

    Im from out of town, but this had to be one of the worse managed stores I have ever come across in my short time on this plane of existence. You drive up to the drive thru and you could be there anywhere from 15 mins + simply waiting to order. I waiting over an hour this morning at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and no one "working" decided to even acknowledge me. Since im from out of town I decided to wait and observe since I was so in awe of there incompetence. Girl with orange girl has a hude attitude problem as well. She Started separating salt and sugar at the drive thru with me waiting there, didnt even look me in the eyes. This place should be removed from Philly because it is really dragging down the whole area. Ps. Multiple doordash orders came thru not being able to pick up their order
