I frequent this mcdonalds almost everyday and Zakirah that is usually at the first register os great. She has great customer service and his always happy to take your order under and circumstance. I wish I could give her gratuity. 10/10

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a meal deal and wasn’t informed until I reached the payment window that they were out of cups for the drink I selected. Instead of letting me know while I was ordering, the staff waited until after to tell me that I’d have to pay an extra surcharge because they were out of small cup lids.
When I asked the manager why I had to pay more for their inventory mistake, she said she didn’t know. That kind of response shows a lack of training and accountability. It’s frustrating to constantly deal with unprofessionalism and inconsiderate service.
It makes me wonder—why do we have to accept this kind of treatment? Is it because of the neighborhood this location is in? We deserve the same level of respect, professionalism, and quality service as any other community. McDonald’s needs to do better in training their staff and valuing all customers equally.

These people move like sloths . Myself and other customers asked for refunds after waiting 20 plus minutes for them to hand out our food . They continued to service drive through and completely neglect the customers who ordered on the kiosk . This is one crappy McDonald’s and may be one of the worst that I’ve been to. I watched my food get made and it just sat in the vat while being skipped over to make drive through priority. Go elsewhere
