    Never saw slower service from 7 people on the clock. Order only if you have time to wait, like you have nothing planned for the day.

    This place is a circus. You can't even sit down and enjoy your food when you finally get it( very slow service) because the young boys that work there are continuously running and clowning around, vaping in the bathroom, acting like fools and then when you leave you have to walk past them smoking weed (girls and guys) This is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever seen.

    I don’t understand it, what is the point of asking me for what kind of sauce I want if you’re not gonna give it? Over here crying about increasing your wage and you can’t provide something you offered. I hope y’all getting $10/hr cause you don’t deserve anymore than that.

    I asked for two double stack burgers, one without cheese and the other with cheese, mayo and ketchup. I then received cheese on the one that I requested no cheese. I then returned it for a replacement sandwich and was instructed to wait in the designated parking. The manager then requested to see the sandwich that I was satisfied with, but she had the nastiest attitude about the food replacement. She was rude and very disappointing as a manager in handling customer service. She was not a good example for her employees in dealing with customers. Then to throw the food away is complete waste and definitely drives the food costs up in the restaurant even though it's fast food. Poor leadership and poor training. By the way the young lady at the window was very kind and very helpful. She probably would be a better manager in the future.
