I purposely drive out of the way to come to this location because the workers are all very sweet and pleasant and make my day better. The woman working the end of the drive thru where you collect the food tonight around 640pm was wonderful as always. You might not realize it but i really needed and appreciated your kindness tonight. Thanks for having awesome workers
- MRMalika RuffJan 2, 20262.0This place is definitely hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. My sister ordered a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder meal. When she got to the window to pick up her food, the double cheeseburger was not in the bag. When she told the young lady at the window that the double cheeseburger was not in the bag, she reviewed my sister's receipt and told her that the double cheeseburger was not registered for the order. My sister asked for the burger and offered to pay for it. The young lady told her that she didn't have a register nearby (one was next to her) and that she had to drive back around to do a separate order for the double cheeseburger, which my sister did. After settling everything and paying, she thanked both the cashier and the young lady at the window, for neither one of them to respond. The young lady even had an attitude. Once my sister got home, the food was terrible. The double quarter pounder was cold and tasteless and the double cheeseburger was also cold. The cheese wasn't even melted and the bread was stale. Tonight was disappointing.
