  Drive through attendant was straight up ignoring all the vehicles in the main lane and only serving the side lane. Line of like 20 cars waiting for 20 plus minutes, she wouldn’t acknowledge the main lane at all and we had to start just driving around to the window to order.

  The food was cold.The service is tremendously horrible.I stood there for a mobile order for almost 15 minutes.I asked , do you have number 1162 everyone even the manager just stared at me while my order was standing there. Getting cold while they cater to the drive through as usual. I'm so done with McDonald's, especially this location.

  Absolutely horrible experience. There were dirty shoe prints from customers who come in from the snow, bringing in their tracks and mud which is inevitable. The cleaning employee was mopping the floor and as we walked in the mopping employee yelled at us questioning why we are walking in a certain pathway that he already cleaned. In a very undermining tone, continuing to yell, he demanded we go back and go another way. There were not even signs of "wet floor, slippery" to warn customers of potential "dangers". I am not asking to be welcomed in as its a fast food establishment but i felt unwelcomed and lost our appetites as he was rude and abrasive, making no sense in his logic. We are asian and he first directed his anger towards my dad and he probably thought we weren't fluent. I then asked if he put up a sign saying no entry? Or will you shut down the building once you clean the whole building? When confronted with my question, he had nothing to say possibly realizing he made no sense. His demands were in no way cohesive to his reasonings. I understand he is not part of customer service, but after the altercation someone seeming like the manager came out and did not even acknowledge us and only encouraged the employee saying hes doing a great job. We did not order nor will go to this establishment again. Not asking to fire anyone but some decency of human interaction and understanding would be appreciated.
