  This place is HORRIBLE. Might be the worst mc Donald’s in Philadelphia. First, they take forever in the drive thru and lines. They NEVER listen to your order. I come here and every single time they mess up my order. I asked for no salt on my fries, the girl says okay and I still get fried with salt. (Obviously I said no salt so I can have fresh fries) I told the manager and she told me to pull over and it will take 3 minutes.. I sat in the lot for 20 minutes tops. I also asked the girl in drive thru to change my drink from a hi c to a coke… I still got a hi c. All they do is say “ok” but they never listen to what you are saying. All they care about is playing around and talking on the phone. I used to work at mc Donald’s years ago. It was my first job and I took pride in my job. These KIDS because I can’t say young adults. Do not care about nothing but receiving a check. They do not want to work and it shows. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for the fries, I didn’t even receive all the fries for a large. This place just need to hire all new people or just shut down. It’s pointless. Btw… my fries STILL had salt on them lol.. pitiful.

  In my opinion, this is hands-down one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever dealt with. Nearly every single order—and I mean almost every time—is missing items, missing sauces, or slapped together so poorly it might as well be thrown straight in the trash. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to turn around and go back just to get what I paid for. Most of the employees act like they couldn’t care less about the customers or the quality of the food. The only exception is the random genuinely pleasant drive-thru associate, here & there, sometimes the lone bright spot in an otherwise miserable operation. For a crew that demanded $15 an hour, the work ethic on display here is embarrassing. Based on my experiences, this store doesn’t come close to earning it. McDonald’s corporate should be ashamed of how badly this location is run and should step in immediately, because right now it is nothing short of pathetic.

  Fries are usually super fresh. They never mess up my order which is good, and the person taking your order is usually nice, that’s why I gave 3 stars. But be prepared to wait in the drive through line for at least 30 minutes. The service is insanely slow and it’s no better inside. Idk if it’s bc they’re understaffed or??? You’ll never get fast service here it’s 25-45 minutes wait. Please get them some help back there. And the hours are wrong they do not close at 7pm.
