  I think it's disrespectful! There's no one at the register, and you get there and wait for over 20 minutes and no one helps you! It's ridiculous! I had to go eat at the Diner across the street.

  This is worst mc donalds branch ever!!!! There is enough associates but they just walk around doing nothing. Nobody comes to get your order, nobody take care of pick up orders.... they just act like we are invisible....! If you dont want to waste your time, dont ever go this branch!!!

  Waited almost a half hour for food and at least another 20 minutes or more for my drinks. Yet there were staff standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. Fries were barely half full, food was cold by the time I got my drinks. I asked for no onions on one burger and got onions anyway. Asked for extra sauce on another and got barely any. Staff barley acknowledged the people trying to get their food, most of whom were just asking for a single kids meal, and a lot of them came out wrong.

  Please do not go to this McDonald's. Food was cold even after waiting for them to bring it out. Also, they don't honor the promotions being run by McDonald's such as the monopoly game. You were suppose to get monopoly pieces on the quarter pounder with cheese and Deluxe Mccrispy. However, when I went to speak with the manager at this McDonald's I was told that the General Manager said that only Big Mac had the game pieces. I believe the employees are keeping the pieces because I was given drinks that was suppose to have game pieces didn't have them. I was given Lg French fries boxes as a substitute for my drinks. However, nothing was done about my missing game pieces on quarter pounder with cheese nor my deluxe spicy Mcchicken crispy. I spoke with a manager who didn't display a name tag and wouldn't provide a name. Also, she was very rude when I pointed out that the McDonald app showed every item that should provide a game piece. She just kept stating that the General Manager said only the Big Mac provide game pieces at that store. I hope the General Manager did say it because if not she just threw he or she under the bus. Next, I guess that store doesn't follow McDonald's franchise rules for promotions. If that is the case take down the golden arches. Whomever, follow my post please don't patronize this McDonald's do to the bad customer service, unacceptable food and dirty looking place with over flowing trash can. I visited this McDonald's on Sat, October 25 at approximately 1:30pm at the location of Cottman and Roosevelt Blvd.

  Sem duvida um dos piores Mc donalds que eu ja fui. O banheiro estava uma nojeira, todo vomitado e os funcionários brincando entre si e namorando durante o trabalho. O pior é vocês precisar perguntar alguma coisa e ser recepcionado com ironia ou deboche. Voce se sente constrangido de ter que perguntar alguma coisa. Eu fui com minha irmã e meus dois sobrinhos e o pedido demorou 30 minutos para ser entregue. E pasme, o pedido só foi entregue porque eu fui no balcão perguntar de havia algum problema. A funcionaria pediu o cupom fiscal mas eu não tinha porque o toten não tinha papel. Ela então me mostrou um papel e perguntou se era meu pedido, com cara de não amigável. Olha, eu sinceramente não entendo como os proprietários de um restaurante desse porte não se importam com a qualidade do atendimento. Outro ponto, o restaurante estava muito sujo. Insistimos porque estávamos muito perto deste restaurante. E pra finalizar, minha sobrinha de 4 anos queria o happy meal por causa do brinquedo. Então compramos e depois de toda essa demora que relatei, quando o pedido finalmente ficou pronto, questionei onde estava o brinquedo, a funcionária disse entao que nao tinha. Simples assim.
