  The morning staff does not know what they’re doing. I ordered two separate times in the morning and they give me no syrup with pancake meals and they forget menu items.

  I’m sitting in the drive thru right now. I placed my order an hour ago. I have watched 8 cars get their food while I’m STILL WAITING ON MY FOOD THAT I ORDER OVER AN HOUR AGO!

  This is the most trash McDonalds there is. Service is horrible, manager has attitude. They can’t complete orders properly, not even close to what is depicted for what the food looks like. Ordered hot cakes and they failed to put utensils in, syrup, and butter in the bag. They do not do trays at all when you dine in too.

  I recently visited McDonald’s during the night shift, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was slow, the staff did not seem organized, and my order was not prepared correctly. Additionally, the attitude was not professional, and I did not feel welcomed as a customer. I understand that night shifts can be busy or challenging, but customers still expect good service and respect. I hope you can look into this issue and improve the quality of service during late hours.

  02-26-26 the manager that was scheduled this morning, was extremely unprofessional. There was a young man (one of her employees) that was extremely humble. The manager was yelling at him at the top of her lungs telling him to put out the trash, she was yelling out extremely loud about how bad his performance was. He was extremely humble, he didn’t say a word. After she humiliated him, he turned around and proceeded to take out the trash. It was so bad it bothered me all day. I don’t usually get into anyone’s business, but not one of the other employees said anything. I would definitely hire him, just off of the fact that he held his composer!!!! Good Job!!! Young man!
