I was taking my sweet time at the kiosk, debating life’s hardest question, McMuffin or pancakes, and she kindly checked in to see if I needed help. She asked how my food was made sure everything was good, and just when I thought the service couldn’t get better, she even offered to take my tray as I headed to the trash. I barely had time to say goodbye to my hash brown. The whole experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant. Diana went above and beyond, and it honestly made my day. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll definitely be back to this location, hopefully with a quicker decision at the kiosk next time.
