Finally made it around the line to the pickup window at 12:46am after people were honking and yelling behind me at the employees to hurry up. He asked me what I ordered, I told him. He said he didn't have the order, however at the drive through microphone he confirmed the order. He finally found my order in the system, was about to give me my food but stopped. He asked me how much it was like he was going to charge me (I paid with my card on my app). He persistently asked me, I said I already paid and gave him the order total. He finally gave me the food. We drove home (maybe 5 mins, not far) the food was cold, the buns were stale, he didn't give me the dipping sauces I paid for in the order, and it was entirely the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. I wasn't expecting much and it still was bad. I was excited that a mcdonalds so close was opening near my house, not anymore. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and would actually recommend people not go there. Not to mention I saw that I was double charged for my order when I saw my card statement. Not sure if they're trying to scam people or what. Mcdonalds should shut this location down until they fix whatever is wrong here.
