  I ordered ahead of time so I can be on time for work. I get here and literally nothing is ready. I've been waiting for 20min for and order I placed 40min ago. And...they got my order wrong and took forever to pour a coffee. This is my new worst mcdonald's in the city. So this is an update. I get to work, late because of how slow they were, and I had no egg or cheese on either of my sandwiches. I paid $11 for two sandwiches from the dollar menu. Do better.

  Every morning when trying to get breakfast at this location, the young lady gets on the mic and says one moment and then takes an additional 20 minutes before she even takes your order on a consistent basis, it’s already after 6 AM and she still does this. The restaurant is supposed to open way earlier, and even nobody is in the drive-through she still does this. I see many cars pulling off because of this every morning. When you drive around and look into the restaurant she’s leaning against the counter doing absolutely nothing. I’m convinced McDonald’s is not a real restaurant or place of business because this is the only chain in America that has this type of unprofessionalism on a consistent basis for year after year with no improvement in the inner cities. The counties and rural areas don’t have these issues.

  Someone needs to talk to this owner.Someone with a disability attempts to use that entrance but it's locked. The other entrance is iced up to curb. I end up falling flat on my ribs, jarring my shoulder an elbow twisting my back now I'm in a lot of pain.Cant call business cuz no. Is out of service. This a clear ADA violation.

  Dirty and filthy trash all over the table people hanging out the young kids like it's a hangout spot I walked and walked out I will never eat from there there is no way that manager lets that happen or the owner or owner needs to come out

  I recently visited McDonald’s today at 9:20pm and this was the most distasteful, rude, and disgusting location I have ever been to. Not only was the food terrible, but the customer service was extremely low budget and low value. At the order dock, I was asked, “What do you want?” in a dismissive tone. Then, when I got to the window, they asked me what I ordered two separate times before finally handing me my food. When I received it, the food was cold and honestly disgusting. To make matters worse, the manager was standing right there observing everything happening and did nothing to address the chaos. There was an employee loudly talking on the phone, and it sounded like there was playing around going on while food was being prepared. Overall, it was unprofessional, unsanitary in appearance, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.
