  When I order my foods, I have to wait for my foods for a long time. People who order after me already have their foods. Outside also smells bad.

  My experience was on Sunday,3-1-2026 . I was walking towards the door area to go in to place my order. I was told by an employee that the dining area was closed, so therefore I had use the drive-thur. It was only 7:15pm . Why was this happening when the hours of operation is until 10:30pm. The customer service was very poor. I was never greeted. Bad attitude from the young lady who was talking from the speaker. When getting around toward the window. She wasn't professional at all ,while collecting my money. . When finally reaching the window to receive my food the lady just had a blank stare on her face. She handed me my bag of food in a robotic state .To make matters even worse. She had forgotten to give me my drink . Now at that point.,I had to go back around into the drive-through wait an additional 10-15 minutes to finally get my strawberry shake. No apologies had been given.. Just my observation, please train your employees. They should have a smile on their face and a pleasant personality when they speaking to the customers. This only takes a few moments. Thank you.

  I came in around 10:30 AM And the people here are nasty, disgusting, rude, and inconsiderate. They treated me as if I was an invisible person. This is the worst McDonald’s experience I ever had in my life

  Worst meal in my 30 years ordering! Mcgrilled chicken over fried and no lettuce and tomato came with it! Fried also over fried.
