  Another horrible McDonalds location… I was only given two chicken nuggets in my four piece and my McChicken was forgotten. Too much money is paid to receive subpar service like this.

  I was just in the drive thru last night Dec 12th 2025 and ordered two meals for my husband and I one was a big Mac and no bread.so we didn't get napkins or anything to eat my food with so not sure if we are going back there.the service was so unprofessional.

  Multiple employees repeatedly seen eating while touching and packing food. Lots of talking and playing while the line is actively backing up. Missing items from my order and they took the food back from me behind the counter to pack the missing items. Fries weren’t fresh and went all the way cold waiting for the other half of my order. When I asked about it, I saw the order slip was just sitting on the counter not being made. Very disappointing first visit at this location today. Will not be returning.

  Did a mobile pickup order, I ordered it and sent my boyfriend to go get it. We do it all the time, this location and the others. He goes in there and the employees said they didn’t have it so they got their manager. She said they didn’t have it, asking if we paid etc. She then told my boyfriend that I had to be in radius of the store for the order to go through? He then told her that’s not true, we do it all the time and the phone does not need to physically be there. The manager was rude, saying things like didn’t know he worked here, didn’t know he was trained to know how it works. Then low and behold my order does pop up but it says we need to pay which is weird because I already did. He goes to pay and magically the receipt prints and he didn’t have to pay. My boyfriend takes 20 minutes to get home and after being home for 10 minutes, I get a motivation from McDonald’s saying they are JUST NOW preparing my order even though we already went and got it. Overall, they didn’t confirm my online order therefore making it seem like I never ordered but I did. The staff needs to be trained better and know how to talk to paying customers and deal with situations. Manager was rude and unknowing to obvious information and the other workers were oblivious and unhelpful. Won’t be ordering here again or even stepping foot in here!
