  I tried to tell shawty that my mobile order got canceled and refunded. I dont know why, but it refunded me soon as I walked in. Instead of listening. She got an attitude and told her manager I was rushing her. So I left with the free food. I'll take that as an apology for her poor manners. 👍🏾

  Food came quick but when I got home soda was carbonated with no sweetner syrup added. None at all. Ruined my whole meal.

  I’ve visited this location twice and placed my orders through the mobile app both times. Unfortunately, on both occasions my order was completely wrong and items were missing. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. In addition, the customer service has been poor. The staff did not seem attentive or helpful when addressing the issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving order accuracy and customer service at this location.
