This place was amazing last time me and my wife came here it was 4 years ago, before the move to Cali. Came to visit for a weekend trip, for the eagles last regular season game, and stopped by the day before. The assistant general Manager (Maritsa) and the bar staff made it a memorable night for me and the wife. the food was amazing too! Just wish the bruschetta wasn’t 86 but other than that will for sure stop for a visit on my next trip.👍🏽

Becky consistently provides an outstanding level of service that significantly enhances my visits. Her remarkable ability to anticipate and recall individual customer preferences is truly impressive. Upon my arrival, she frequently remembers my precise order without prompting, a testament to her exceptional attentiveness and dedication to her craft. This personalized service has not only delighted me but has also garnered admiration from my companions, who are consistently impressed by her memory and customer-centric approach.
Beyond remembering my own preferences, Becky extends her meticulous attention to detail to all patrons, including recalling specific non-alcoholic requests for my 12-year-old. This demonstrates a level of care and professionalism that is rarely encountered.
Her presence undoubtedly elevates the overall customer experience. I find myself genuinely looking forward to visits when I know she will be working, and her absence is distinctly noticeable. Having frequented numerous establishments both locally and internationally, I can confidently state that Becky's unique blend of warmth, efficiency, and personalized service sets a benchmark that few can match. She is an invaluable asset to your team.

We went there on the 31st for dinner. I have had experience with McCormick in Chicago for many years and selected this one in Phily based on that experience. This was a total disappointment. First, the waitress took the drink orders, and immediately came back for food order. Before the drinks were brought, our soup and salad were on the table. Why would you bring the food if we have not had the change to enjoy our drinks? The timing and sequencing of food segments is a standard knowledge to every restaurant. But unfortunately our waitress did not know of that. I had to tell her to make sure not to bring our main dishes until the drinks are on the table.
Stuffed Salmon was delicious. It was cooked right and tasted great. My Seafood Cioppino Fettuccine was not as good. The muscles did not have any meat in them, and the fettuccine looked and tasted like it was cooked two days ago.
For desert we order Crème Brulee and cappuccino. When they brought them to the table, the cappuccino was coffee. I told them we ordered cappuccino, and the waiter went back to bring the right item. Then the manager came to us and said that their cappuccino machine was not working right and so they suggested coffee. The Crème Brulee had a hole in the middle of the crust, and the strawberry on it was wilted. When they finally brought the coffee, it was lukewarm.
How can you have so many service issues on the new year eve? The place was not really that busy either. But regardless of how busy, the quality of food could not be associated with that.
So, for me the experience was a total disappointment with an expensive bill. If you carry the name of the chain, you have to deliver the kind of quality and service that the name represents. This one did not.

Disappointing from the door. I made a reservation weeks ago but they apparently overbooked, there were a dozen people waiting when we arrived at 6:50 for our 7:00 res. Once seated it took a server forever to get to us, and equally long for everything to arrive (drinks, salads, entrees, etc.) They were out of the drink my girlfriend first ordered. Our food was lukewarm at best - my girlfriend's salmon was cold. We ordered the large truffle mac & cheese, we got a small. There were 2 or 3 walnut pieces in the salad, and barely any truffles in the mac & cheese. The good: our waiter was very nice, professional, and congenial, the food was still tasty even though cold, the place looks really nice. But it was WAY overpriced for what we got. Overall I'd say it was a less than adequate dining experience. My advice; go to Ocean Prime instead.

My husband and I have been coming here every year before Christmas as a little gift to ourselves. However this experience has completely turned us off to this location, we were seated right way after experiencing the host being rude to another customer, once seated our waiter came over and got us water (this would be the only glasses of water we had gotten durning our whole meal) apps were ordered and took about 30 minutes to come out, and was missing two of the things we ordered, once we put in our entires another 30 minutes had gone by before our sever told us what we ordered was no longer available, once that was corrected it took about another 45 minutes to get done and still was missing and item that we ordered this entire time we had nothing to drink even though our waiter said he would be back to refill our glasses, this is definitely not what we are use to experiencing especially at the cost we normally spend here
