That felt dishonest and frustrating, especially when we were polite and just wanted to eat our food quickly before closing. The staff was very rude and clearly more interested in getting out early than providing basic customer service. To top it off, employees were seen walking out of the facility smoking a cigarette, which was unprofessional. Overall, extremely poor experience. If you’re coming anywhere near closing time, don’t expect to be treated respectfully.
