Recently had a date night with my wife at this restaurant and it was an amazing experience. Top notch service as soon as we arrived at the entrance of the Four Seasons. I definitely recommend valet parking (around $45) as it is downtown and parking may be difficult to find. Someone walked us to the elevator and we enjoyed a view of the city on the way to the 60th floor! When the doors opened we were welcomed and enjoyed taking pictures with the beautiful holiday decorations. Had to wait about 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated but was not disappointed because we had window seats and enjoyed a view of the city while dining. Sam attended to us and was excellent from start to finish! He gave great recommendations, was quick, efficient, and great personality! Food was very good but a bit pricy for the portion size. Overall great experience especially if you want a restaurant that has a beautiful ambiance.

Most perfect place to celebrate professional/personal/relationship milestones. Jaw dropping, beyond epic! The view, any time of day or night is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant is the highest restaurant in Philadelphia and towers buildings from down below. The decor, service, every detail was perfection. Even though pricey, it's well worth an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. The team that served us: Sarah Ahmad and Christopher Marcus were an extraordinary team. They shared with us fascinating details about the restaurant, owner, french cuisine, etc. They were incredibly friendly and every dish was an experience. We decided to share 2 sets of tastings: from the land and sea (meat & fish) / from the earth (vegetarian). There was so much creativity that went into the taste, narrative and aesthetics of every dish.

Amazing view ! E we went there to celebrate a special day in our life, we picked the 6 course menu and it didn’t disappoint, food was delicious, and we also got a “treat” cart that arrived to our table with so many more chocolates and candies to try, we left dinner with a copy of our menu and a breakfast cake that we enjoyed the next morning. Shot out to our waiter Steven, his service was amazing person and was very attentive, he made sure we enjoyed our meal, and took extra effort to make our evening memorable, thank you Steve!

This place is one of the few amazing fine dining options available in the city of Philadelphia. I came here for my birthday this past summer while staying at the hotel, and tried the "Land and Sea" tasting menu for dinner, at a table seated right at the edge of the restaurant overlooking Philadelphia. Let me tell you - this restaurant is worth it for the the view, and the service alone. You really feel as if you're dining in the clouds, and being able to take in all of Philadelphia from such a high perch is exhilarating, just like the insane glass elevator ride to the top (don't take this if you're afraid of heights, or at least turn your back and close your eyes!). The service is of a high caliber. I wouldn't call it perfect, but the employees are trying very hard to satisfy the patrons and be as attentive as possible without hovering or interfering. The explanations given by the server with each dish that is brought to the table for the tasting menu are polite, helpful and amusing. I really enjoyed this touch. The actual tasting menu is a delicate, fanciful array of whimsical creations focusing primarily on high-end quality ingredients rather than on unique interpretations of familiar concepts. I think Jean Georges' desire to go this route is correct; it ends up occupying its own niche between crazy, inventive culinary destinations and the stolid, traditional high-end dining experiences fetishizing the sourcing of the ingredients. Very expensive, but a singular, unique, Philadelphia dining experience.

Nothing like having a birthday dinner on top of the city. The walk down of the steps out to the open floor is quite pleasing to the eye, also overlooking the city. We started the nite off with 6 plate course we had. Caviar which I had for the first time, I thought it was wonderful, not over powering at all. Very elegant taste to it. With the caviar we had some pasta that had delicious honey nut squash in the middle with a pumpkin seed purée. For the main we had the duck breast and wagyu steak. U only get 2 pieces of each, the duck, oh my that duck. So so good. I’m actually gonna go back myself just to have it again. It’s a nice breast with just the rite amount of fat on it to make it spectacular. The steak was high up there as well, For dessert, we had a passion fruit sorbet flower , a strawberry tart ring that has 10 different types of strawberries and pistachios, On the tart, also I received a little mini cake for my BD. The services was on point and the staff makes sure you fell welcomed. I would definitely be here again, can’t wait. In the end for 2 spent about $500 tip included.
