I've frequented Jean Georges in New York City on numerous occasions and it consistently impresses me, yet there's something about Jean Georges Philly that leaves me desiring more. Perhaps it's the scenery or merely the outstanding service and superb food that remains steadfast regardless of the location.

3/6 of our party got severe food poisoning starting about 6 hours after start of the tasting menu. We’re assuming some bad fish. Beware…

An experience well worth the $$. Seats that overlook the city, and if you’re lucky they’ll have live entertainment too. We did the land and sea tasting menu and every single dish was unique and exemplary. More importantly, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the food and service and really made us feel taken care of. We came in at 5 and left around 8. There was no rush, an emphasis on reveling in the experience. Each course was timed just right. The drinks were a hit or miss. I really enjoyed the olive oil martini. We will be back!

Loved this restaurant. The food was delicious (hamachi appetizer, sea bass entree and apple desert were my faves). Service was outstanding and the sunset views were really beautiful too!
