  Stopped at Haven Coffee on my way out of Philly after hearing great things about their loaded breakfast potatoes. The shop is small but cozy, with friendly service and a welcoming vibe. I ordered the dirty chai latte and loaded breakfast potatoes with pork sausage and their special sauce. Both were fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, and that sauce is a must-try. Everything from the food to the service showed real pride and quality. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in town!

  First time here on a weekend trip and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was great and staff was super friendly! Coffee/tea was AMAZING and we wanted to try every drink on the menu! The food was also very good and HOT when it came out! Lovely atmosphere and a lovely family working there! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Philly area! We will be back!

  I ordered through Uber Eats at 10:30am and decided to just pick it up myself. I got there around 11am, and the lady at the register kindly directed me to the side for pickup orders (not sure if she thought I was a driver or a customer, but it seemed like all pickups go there). The person packing the orders looked really stressed, and I didn’t realize until later that the four people sitting behind me were also waiting for their food. When I gave them my name, they said it wasn’t ready yet — no problem. But then… the waiting began. I went back and forth between the car and the store four times. Each time, I was told, “We’re still working on it.” By 11:45am, I’d been waiting over an hour for a breakfast order I placed at 10:30. Even the cashier seemed confused about where my order was. Finally, around 12:00pm, I was told, “We just put it on the grill.” Got my food at 12:15-12:20pm. I really wish they’d been upfront about the delay or at least offered a quick “sorry for the wait.” A little honesty goes a long way. That said — when I finally got the food, it was amazing. Like, actually worth a laugh after all that waiting 😂😂Wish I took a pic of the food

  Absolutely amazing atmosphere, delicious food, hilarious & sweet customer service, clearly a lot of regulars who love coming back. Cannot recommend this place enough!

  When I came into the restaurant, it was fairly crowded, so I tried to be patient with the staff. However, as time went on, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I stood waiting for about 10 minutes before walking to the counter, where I waited another 2 minutes before asking the woman taking orders if I could be seated—since there was a clean table available by the door. Her response wasn’t very professional; she said, “You have to wait until I clean the table off,” in a dismissive tone, and then told me I could sit at the table by the door. I sat down and waited to be served, but no one brought water or came to take my order. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after me were greeted warmly and even had their orders taken before sitting down. At that point, I decided to just leave. It was disappointing, as I was looking forward to dining there, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer service made me feel unwelcome
