I always have such a poor experience when I come to this Giant. For starters, no matter when I come in, something chaotic is happening and the managers don’t make it any better. In fact one manager, Abdur I believe was on their name tag, escalates any situation he’s in. For example I was in the self check out just trying to check out when all of a sudden there’s a bunch of yelling. I turn to look and it’s Abdur yelling at a customer and then he proceeded to chase them around the store. And then when they came back to get their bike Abdur grabbed it and threw it out the door. I’ve come to this giant many times and almost every time there’s an altercation and Abdur finds himself at the center of it. Maybe that’s just my luck, but I shouldn’t be able to recognize his yell from across the store when I come to shop there. Giant needs to do better with their management team.

They have nice food but they stress these poor workers and it’s a lot to be here tbh. Lines always long people always crowding like there’s no more food anywhere else on the planet lol. And one time I both got cut in line by a man walked so I forward to get my place back then got yelled at by a man who worked there saying “STAY BACK” then he proceeded to be like “why she looking at me like that” which like true but also lol it was so violent on all fronts.

Expected more. Self-checkout is annoying. If you buy 12 waters, ya gotta scan all 12. Can’t scan one 12x. Convenient, if you’re at a hotel. From the pics I was expecting Giant’s version of Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s. When I went on the website, it shows stuff by aisles but in the store none of the aisles are marked.
