The manager with the dread locks followed us around the store and at one point he interrupted our shopping to scan an item as we were trying to get something out of the freezer. The kid at the register who was doing nothing didn't want to ring up our items and I had to repack the bag of groceries because he just threw everything in it. Store wasn't friendly and I felt more like a bother than a customer. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Not welcoming or worth spending your money here. 🤬

- EEEdwardDec 15, 20251.0Absolute Disregard for Customer Service: A Truly Disrespectful Experience I visited the store on December 15, 2025 at approximately 7:45 to shop for items for a family member. I briefly stepped out the store to get my debit card from my car and when I returned all my items were returned to the floor and I had to shop for them again which was okay. What wasn’t okay was as I’m looking for the items I had to ask a young man who was stocking the shelves where something was again he gave me an attitude and spoke to me very unprofessionally. After getting my items I tried to speak with a manager but when I met him he asked me why was I coming to him for and what was my complaint even about. I highly recommend shopping at another Giant Location or Grocery a store Altogether. I will be most definitely speaking with corporate as early as possible tomorrow morning!!!!

Gave me the wrong order I asked for honey turkey she gave me a peppered / paprika turkey breast I didn’t check it til I got to work had to give to my coworker . I was upset but hey I didn’t check because any other time I go there I always receive my correct order
