The line backs up, and many of the checkout area employees are on their phones and clueless / unhelpful. They have unfriendly attitudes and it is like they are doing you a favor / can't be bothered. Isn't literally their job to provide attentive customer service? What are they being paid for, standing around and talking/texting on their phones? The manager needs to take a cold hard look at the customer service experience currently being provided in the checkout area, and get it together.
