- JHJ HDec 11, 20251.0We hosted a company event two months ago that was semi okay with flight club. We spent over $5k. Tonight our organization returned. We were told that we would have no issue with the reservation when we try to book online. I was embarrassed supremely when I brought 50 people to the bar and they refused to make even one dartboard available for our company after we have spent thousands with them. They did a terrible job in accommodating their capacity with their entertainment. It was not the fault of the bar or kitchen they were able to accommodate us. It was extremely poor management who had no idea what they were doing. They were very willing to take hundreds upon hundreds worth of drink and food orders and not give us access to even one dartboard for our company. They should be completely ashamed of theirselves. We will never visit this facility again, and if you're planning a holiday party for any kind of a company, do not count on this venue. They ruined Many employees nights due to poor management , lack of communication and should be ashamed of the client experience our company was provided. Will never return. So sad our holiday party night was as ruined due to awful logistical management

We had a hostess that was very sweet and was able to find us seats at the bar since we were a bigger group. However, when the bartender came over he barely talked to us, gave us a blank stare, and looked mad honestly? Just did not seem to want to interact with us. He was having conversations and laughing while serving other customers so we genuinely had no clue why he seemed so cold towards us. I was so disappointed in this experience because I was looking forward to come here but it just felt like we were not welcome. We ended up only ordering one drink and shareable before leaving because we just felt like we were bothering him almost. I don’t think I will be coming back again.
