We have been stressed with several items told to us by her medical team during her stay. My best friend gifted me and my wife money to get food outside of the hospital so we had a sense of normalcy during a time of abnormality. That said, I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I placed an Uber Eats order for a bacon cheeseburger with Lettuce, Pickle, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, A-1 Sauce, and an Extra Patty. For beverages, we ordered two Lemonades, an Oreo Double Stuff milkshake for my wife, and a Salted Caramel Whipped Cream milkshake for myself (my wife only wanted a milkshake). When the order was received and unpacked in her hospital room, my wife asked if I ordered one milkshake. I went to the bag and read both milkshakes that should have been in the bag. My wife's milkshake was in the order, and mine was not. Upset at this revelation, I bit into my burger twice... No A-1 sauce on my burger. NONE. Needles to say, upset is not the word I am using: Disappointed is the word for this experience. At this point, I am deep into the mindset of No Confidence that Five Guys cares about Quality Control and Order Accuracy. After this abysmal experience, I will not order from this location, and I am having doubts about spending money, my own or gifted, at other Five Guys locations.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
