I ordered a bacon egg and WHITE CHEDDAR cheese sandwich on a TOASTED cinnamon Raisin bagel, and Large Iced Matcha. Firstly my drink was only filled halfway in the cup. I ordered a large, not a small, and they gave me a plain bagel instead of cinnamon Raisin and it wasn't even toasted as I requested in the order. They also gave me american yellow cheese when I clearly asked for white cheddar cheese! I'll never go here again. It's too easy to follow directions.

At work, I discover that instead of oat milk, it seems to be ordinary, and there is no syrup at all — just bitter black coffee. There was no time to go back. The cashier in the window was busy talking on the phone and didn't pay any attention to me. When I called the store to complain, they told me they couldn't help me and offered to write to the corporate office. There is still no response from them. Complete disappointment
