On multiple occasions, I place a hot order.And I am told, no, you have to wait until six thirty.Because I am not ready with the machine to make you food. If the store opens at 530 then they should be ready to serve customers at 530 When somebody walks through your door at six a m.And you open a five thirty and they want to order something.Hot on a cold day.You should be able to serve them. The person who runs this needs to be shut down and new management needs to take over

- CZChris ZelonisNov 22, 20255.0Every Saturday I get breakfast and coffee at this Dunkin. It's always the same two people working there on Saturday mornings, and they work hard. The woman running register and handling coffee and donuts and the man handling food and jumping in elsewhere as needed are both incredible at their jobs. My order is always correct. It gets busy in here (especially after 8:30), so there is sometimes a wait, but they handle it with grace. You can tell they are working as fast as they can, yet their order accuracy is always immaculate. They are also super nice people. Definitely my favorite location. If it's busy, please just be patient and don't give them a hard time.
