They open their doors when they feel like it. I get to the store to get donuts before I get on the bus to go to work around 5:00-5:10 every morning. Half the time including this morning the doors were locked and they were only taking people in the drive through. One time they asked me to walk around and get my order from the drive through instead of letting me in, another time I had to wait 5 minutes before I got let in and almost missed my bus. But yet it says the stores opening time is 4:30 a.m and there’s been other times I get there and the store is open like normal at 5:00 - 5:10 why so inconsistent ??? Leaving customers standing outside when you’re supposed to be open is bad business especially when coming to your store is a morning routine. DO BETTER

I had made an order on the screen that dunkin' donut has at the store. I must have made a big mistake indicating. I order a $6 meal in order to have something to eat. As I did a pickup for my grubhub. I did hear my name be called that I put on the screen when I made my order. I was very tired and hungry that I can assure, my mistake was to pick someone else order. Which my inpatient to leave and do my delivery. My life was put at risk, and I was being disrespected, being called.
Lyrically, a idiot for not reading the names on the receipts. I was being told that I have to go back to school in order to learn to read. The other employee was very disrespectful, making fun and dancing about. How can a mistake be done? And not even what I indicated, I order was in my receipt. On my receipt, I had a special 2 donuts and a ice coffee.
That was my order on the keypad.
In the register receipt. Once again, I thought I ordered the six dollar special. My patience were very in control this time. I recorded basically the incident in which these employees should not be representing a company that surely can honor a mistake done by a customer. This is where it starts getting better without professionally workers are. When I went to my vehicle, I started getting ready to drive off. The employee came outside with a face mask covering her lips, not the nose, her approach was very inexperience, which i'm not sure how old is this employed? But very childish and very disrespectful. She screamed about my mistake.Eating someone else's food and that I had to go inside and pay for it. I looked at the name on the receipt and realize I did take someone else's food. Maya aggression came out just a bit, which I basically indicated to that employee. Her way of speaking to me and spit coming out of her mask, because she's screaming and not holding her mask to her Nose, where her germs was falling on me. Took me a few minutes to calm down.Once the employee went in and I indicated that I'll go inside and make the payment for my mistake. Won't express too much.I believe these videos will give a better detail of what kind of professional employees are these. I spoke to the manager that was there. And her expression and behavior to this incident did not fall for me.In having a solution for everything that was going on. I was not looking for a free meal. And I basically
Asked for the amount which I had to pay for a meal which I took and started eating. Has I looked at the receipt? Which was given to me by the manager, who asked the employee? What was in the order I was overcharged. A few bucks which i'm not trying to cry for in general.I feel very unhappy with the service.I got that day at that location. I felt like asking the employee. Does she have a high school diploma, college degree? But in general
Not either or i know she doesn't have. At most, I would think she has a ged, but not even on her statue of behavior and educatget, the young employee which you'll see on the video her. Immaturity can determine to tell there's a lot in her plate that she needs to grow up with. A job is a job to work, not to dance and be singing and make it seem It's your place. I do understand the manager which said to me. She will speak with the young ladies. But I wasn't convinced in the way she let things
Take control and not her has the manager. I won't blame her for anything. Just that She didn't hear her employee or follow her employee And charge me a little extra. But whatever...
