- NRNicole RJan 29, 20261.0This dunkin' is terrible. Just left the drive through. Placed mobile order (2 drinks) 5 minute prior to pulling in. 3 cars in line - SO SLOW. I get to the window and they give me one cup. The cup had both drink stickers on it so my assumption was that there is an error. Lady walked away never saying thank you/have a nice day/ be right back with your other drink - NOTHING. Just ran off. I try to alert the male employee that I am missing a drink - HE IGNORED ME. Literally turned around and said he was done with his shift... so I am sitting there a couple more minutes (now late for work) and I had to HONK my horn. A few corporate looking people were in there too- no one even was paying attention - they all suck. The girl finally comes back with my drink (no sticker) so my guess is instead of coming to the window and speaking, she went back to the order screen to see why we didn't pull off. A few times ago the drive through only had 2-3 cars but it took so long I had to reverse out and run inside (drink wasn't made despite enough staff). I frequent DDs (fox chase, leo mall, bustleton ave, grant ave, red lion, Germantown by the PF, and more) on the regular basis and this one BY far is the worse. Needs new ownership to train their employees to be kinder and more efficient.

Then he wwt back to fix the problem. he made another one takes another 15min. Humble request to owner please change your evening worker. Still not fix the problem.
