The moment I walked in — without even staying long — the staff treated me like I wasn’t welcome. They didn’t even let me order before calling the cops on me for absolutely nothing. I wasn’t rude, loud, or causing any trouble. Luckily, the plaza security guard stepped in and told the police he’d handle it himself because even he saw how unfair and unnecessary it was. I’ve never felt so disrespected or humiliated in my life — especially by a place I supported for years. After that, I’ll never buy from Dunkin’ again. I’m switching to Starbucks, where customers are treated with respect and dignity. This location should be ashamed of how they treat people.
