Usually I use the On-the-Go setup so I've never had any issues, but lately, every time I go in there, the employees always have an attitude. I was addressed mid conversation with another employee and barely received any eye contact (pretty standard at this location). The girl behind the counter ROLLED HER EYES when I politely asked her to correct my order to add whipped cream as I originally asked. I waited for 15 minutes with NO ONE ELSE in line for a latte and a coffee. I eventually made eye contact with the cashier to signal the long wait. She then huffed and puffed as she finished my latte and then forgot the whipped cream. At this point, I was not angry enough to be rude, so I just asked her to put whipped cream on it. She obviously realized she forgot and didn't apologize. I watched her complete my latte and even said thank you hoping to smooth over this entire interaction. I received no response back. She just stayed silent with an annoyed expression and handed me my order. No have a good day. No thank you for coming in. Not even a look in my eyes and a smile goodbye. I get it. Customer service is tough, but the last thing any customer wants is a dose of negative energy with their coffee to bring down their day. I don't mean to speak poorly on Dunkin Donuts, as it is my favorite coffee spot, but something had to be said.
