Recently there has been a notable change in the hot coffee's taste and aroma that I personally find nauseating at times. I don't know what's changed but I'm going elsewhere for my coffee for a while.

She had her hood up, rolled her eyes, made rude faces, and carried herself as though she hated every second of being there. She was openly impatient with my niece, which was unacceptable. It honestly looked like she was trying to get fired and somehow still kept the job. Put her in the back where nobody can see her miserable face or get rid of her.

Legit, horrific employees. Disgusting service.
