The machine didn’t show they were unavailable either. When we went to the counter, we were met with EYE ROLLS, LOUD SIGNS, AND PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE COMPLAINTS about how we were “creating extra work.” All we did was politely ask for a simple solution: either a refund (which they they couldn’t process) or an upgrade to our drink—a very reasonable request under the circumstances. INSTEAD, WE WERE TREATED WITH OPEN HOSTILITY. This level of disrespect toward customers is UNACCEPTABLE. If you're having a bad day, that’s not an excuse to take it out on others. We expect this store’s management to take action and seriously address the behavior of the two staff members involved. No customer should be made to feel like they’re a nuisance for simply asking for what they paid for. Dunkin’ needs to do better—this location should not tolerate this kind of treatment
