- MEMoe EL2 days ago1.0They always mess up my order. Everytime i go here they always get it wrong. A few days ago i ordered a protein ice latte and they gave a small iced coffee. The other day I asked for the same and they gave me a macha chocolate caramel latte. Today i asked for a mango pineapple lemonade refresher and they gave green tea. I also asked for 2 sour cream donuts and I only got one random donut which i dont know what its called. The last 3 times i tried to be nice but im tired of them doing this over and over again. Either the workers dont know english, or its on purpose. Horrible service I dont recommend this place especially at night

They are always friendly, respectful, and on point with orders. You can tell they care about keeping things running smoothly. There’s also a nice community feel with the regular customers, which makes it a good vibe overall. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’ spots in the area.
