- THTheresa HarterDec 20, 20253.0Ordered food with only one person waiting ahead of me. 2 employees behind the counter were more involved with their personal conversation rather than paying attention to the order. Tried to brush a lot of their conversation out of my head but they really did their best to make it everyone’s business. During their conversations, the employee cooking the food started preparing the wrong order. Other woman corrected her but then continued on with the personal chit chat. Finally got my order after waiting almost 15 minutes, and found that I was charged for something I never received. Also, side note - black mold is on the ceiling and I found an eyelash in my hashbrowns.
