I was there at 10.45 - had to say 'Hello?' at least 5 times before somebody even answered at the drive through line and then waited over 10 minutes at the window and my coffee was still not done. There was nobody in front of me either. They charged my card for the latte that I never received and I had to end up leaving without it because I would have been late picking my daughter up from school had I waited another 10 mins or longer. I asked them to refund my money back to the card. The guy who was working at the window took my card again and assured me that he refunded it but looking at my bank account I see no refund only the charge for the coffee. Very disappointed and so unprofessional. Will never go back to this location again. I paid $4.42 for waiting in line for nothing. UNREAL!
