The first time I ordered and ICED CHAI TEA and instead of stating they didnt have the components they gave me something that tasted like ice and creamer. I went again today and ordered a Hot Chocolate which a little too thick for my liking but I added some hot water to it and it was fine and I also got a GLAZED BLUEBERRY DONUT! Baby, that donut was hard as a rock and cold like it just came out the freezer. Just utterly disgusted with Dunkin overall but especially this location.
