  You guys really need to look into your Night Shift crew where is the Night Shift manager who is running things today? I received the worst customer service ever from this place. First off I received hashbrowns uncooked and when I confronted the situation just because they weren’t actually frozen like the ones that came out the freezer and they were only a little bit cold and the night shift manager I guess that didn’t wanna state his name and own up to it enjoyed laughing at me and telling me I should just deal with what they gave me This isn’t no type of customer service at all. I will be reporting this to corporate. I do have video proof. Also No employees should be treating no customers this way what so ever I don’t care who you are

  If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for a wake up wrap and hashbrows but the whole night crew from today 1/30 was completely unprofessional handling my concern. My hashbrowns were damn near frozen. Then I call and they guy is being disrespectful not acknowledging anything I’m saying, I come back to show the issue and he pulls 1 frozen hash brown out and starts validating my hashbrowns being cold and soft, I ask for a receipt he didn’t know how to generate one & the whole crew is just in the background laughing I asked for names and they completely disregarded me and let the line stay ahold while not trying to come to the window. Mainly the white guy long blonde hair but the whole crew was lollygagging playing around while everyone waited in general. Usually a regular customer but after numerous times with cold food we’re done.

  The service at this Dunkin’ location is consistently disappointing. The attitudes of the employees toward customers are unprofessional and often disrespectful. It’s frustrating—and honestly sad—to spend your hard-earned money at an establishment where basic courtesy and respect are clearly lacking. Customer support is the foundation of any successful business. When the people contributing to that success are treated poorly, it reflects deeper issues within the operation. Unfortunately, this location repeatedly fails to provide a welcoming or respectful experience.
