    Almost every day I go to this location for my coffee and my breakfast. I always order the same thing maple bacon sandwich on a croissant. When I open, my sandwich is not the sweet maple bacon that I paid for, but only regular bacon. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake but, it’s been happening more frequent. I don’t understand why I pay for one thing but get another. Dunkin at this location can you answer?

    The staff here are very nice and professional. I can tell that they keep up on making fresh coffee. The manager in the morning is very nice always telling me to have a good day and asking how my day is going! Its only a chain in the outside. On the inside it feels family owned!

    They don't put the sugar you ask for in the coffee. Happen 3 times in a row. Definitely not 5 sugars in this at all. Luck if there 1. Terrible.

    I was told if I ordered food this late into the night (1 hour and 9 minutes before close) it was going to be made with "toxic chemicals" from the oven, and it is not his job to wipe down the ovens after cleaning because he "doesn't get paid for that", after further inquiry he told me that it takes until the next morning for the ovens to "not be toxic". At this point another employee stepped in and informed me the cleaning process actually only takes 5-10 minutes...

    Nahhhh man this is unacceptable. You guys need to do better and clean the station as well as the kitchen and coffee pots.I got flies in my iced coffee.
