- BBB.B BNov 26, 20251.0There is an Asian lady who works there, don’t know her name, however she is very rude. Messing up orders poor customer service. I asked if she was the manager since I frequent there M-F because she talks to the staff as if she is the manager she tells me no, I think she was lying that she wasn’t manager, I spoke with a man who says he’s the manager, I explain my issue. He didn’t even say anything no apology nothing out his mouth he just walks away and walks to the back. I know it’s not me because I had an issue with her before and other customers have had issues with her also, Corporate or whoever needs to get this location together. I’ve noticed also a decline in customers it use to be crowded now it be empty when I go in & why are the hash browns cold and hard now and coffee inconsistent, if I order it the same way all the time.

Asked the woman there if they had apple pie and responded with rudeness and was more rude and nasty when I asked her about a donut that was not labeled. I asked her could I speak to the manager and she said she was the head manager. I will not ever go there again. I told her that other dunkin donuts had apple pie. Terrible !!!!
