Asked the woman there if they had apple pie and responded with rudeness and was more rude and nasty when I asked her about a donut that was not labeled. I asked her could I speak to the manager and she said she was the head manager. I will not ever go there again. I told her that other dunkin donuts had apple pie. Terrible !!!!

Recently, it seems that they switched their entire staff to new people, and the quality has gone down drastically. The hashbrowns have been cold every time I order . The coffee has not been good . It has no flavor to it, like they aren’t adding the syrups . I’ve even started adding more sugar to my drinks thinking it would help. No … and today the cold brew taste burnt ?? After I finish using my points I might honestly just stop going here . Where’s the old staff ?! Or maybe just some training? Idk lol the donuts are good
