  Ok this is actually disturbing. I went in to get a coffee but first to use the restroom, and in one of the restrooms they don’t have any hand soap or sanitizer. The lady that was going to take my order said the manager wouldn’t have it for two days. So how are employees washing their hands before they go back to work? That is extremely unacceptable and makes me wonder how many germs are being passed around, especially during this season

  I am currently going back and forth with corporate because the franchisee of this location refuses to refund my money for an unfulfilled mobile order . When I called corporate corporate asked the franchisee/ or manager to pull the timestamped footage from that morning. They told corporate they would just go ahead and give me a refund in lieu of pulling the footage like corporate asked. I noticed after almost 2 weeks went by bond that I still did not have my refund. I called corporate back, corporate says they reached out to me asking for my receipt from that day which I didn't have one. It was a mobile order so I have a screenshot but I have no call or message from anyone representing this Location on my phone.. this is them waiting me out till I let it go or they say it's so old that they don't have any record of it anymore. They had a guy working there that did not know what he was doing so by the time that I got there, he had not completed the order. I had to go. There was plenty of time the only thing that was done was the coffee I left it there because it made no sense to try to take the coffee and figure out the difference. So I took no part of the order, I asked about a refund and the employee at the register said, You can just do it on the app.She didn't know what she was talking about.There is no way to refund through the app.You literally have to call someone and there started the circus. I will be calling corporate again because I'd like to know how they're in the right to keep my damn near $25 when I got 0 services or goods for it

  Wish I could give no stars tbh. I made a mobile order at 7:30pm. They did not make my order, they were supposed to be open until 9pm but when I got there they said they were closed, doors were locked and wouldn't even come to the door to tell me how to get my money back. Just sat behind the counter and looked at me like I had 3 friggin heads. Like how do they just choose to close when they want? That's bullshit. And I have yet to get my refund. Straight weirdos.

  If I can give the zero stars I would, I ordered my food through mobile app and everything was paid off, as I arrive to pick up my food the Indian lady goes 3$ how when I paid online to pick up my food? And to make matters worse she the manager for today. And I even asked her for whip she caught an attitude with me. She needs to get fired.
