  I have a lot of mixed reviews with this place, from the first time I came here the service was nice and staff were pretty nice for the most part. And few weeks after coming here I kept noticing new staff literally almost every signal day/week which didnt make sense. But quality of friendliness and staff has truthfully gone down. Staff dont look friendly always have a stink face and attitude especially in the drive thru, honestly if it keeps up I'll just stop coming here for good. Dunkin hires random people and does not about standards, cause if you clearly did you'd hire the right people..... So cute the excuses and shortcuts

  Person fixed our order when we arrived at the window, but we specifically asked for 4 chocolate sprinkled donuts, and 2 boston kream when they said they had no jelly donuts. We asked to repeat the order, and the lady at the window said we had 4 boston kream and said to pull around when we clearly asked her to repeat our order and may have called us a big back. Bit of a rude response to the customer, not taking this lightly. At least we got our order, but be nicer next time when you aren't supposed to say something we aren't supposed to hear.

  When they first opened, they were just fine. Now that's they've hired a bunch of new people, the quality has taken a nose dive. I know for a fact, their are presets for the food; the food is either cold in the middle, or burnt most of the time. I'm aware that times are tough and everyone is cutting corners but handing out cups with 2-3 inches missing or just a bunch of ice to mask how little is in the cup, is, frankly, ridiculous. I've had quite enough. I'll go to Welsh or Cottman. moving forward.
