  If you’re trying to surprise your kids with some donuts… do yourself a favor and double check your order before you’re surprised… Sitting at your dinning table with 2 screaming kids and chocolate donuts vs the sprinkled you ordered and were promised by the repeated confirmation. Twice in a row.

  I order six coffees, “Jackson” at the drive thru saids “we don’t have no cup holders so what you wanna do “ I said cancel the order how can I hold six coffees , she rolled her eyes and got the manager . Very unprofessional. It’s a shame such a nice looking establishment with the worst customer service.

  I have a video that shows I was there at 9:30 and they wouldn't let me in even though it says they close at 10:00 and they looked at me and they wouldn't even answer me at the door they are very rude and they were a whole bunch of them in there playing a game The sad part is the owner guy was there too

  I just have to express my frustration regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your location. One of your employees, Abu, ( if this is even his real name) was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional during my visit. Despite showing proof of my mobile order—including the order number and confirmation on my phone—he profiled me as a scammer simply because my coworkers and I placed a mobile order for three cups of coffee. I found this not only offensive but completely unreasonable. As someone who works right across the street at the hospital, I often purchase through mobile order, and this has never been an issue before. It was upsetting to be treated this way, especially over such a small order. I strongly suggest that this employee receive proper training on customer service and professionalism. Customers should never be made to feel disrespected or accused without reason. Please ensure that your team members represent Dunkin’ with the courtesy and respect your customers deserve. Thanks to The generous young guy who worked over night shift. He was able to pull up my order. This is the receipt That was printed after we received our order from this young man. I also included the mobile order which, includes the time and everything that was needed.
