We were told that we should Try to order again to see of the app would give us a different store but it did not so the order went to them again. Mind you the guy on the phone said that if they got the order again they would deliver it anyway and we ask to confirm this 3 times to make sure. When ordering on the app or website it does not give the option to choose a store it just assigns us that one. So we wait for over and hour and the food never came and on the app it said at quality check so we called and were met with the most rude and attitude given person, cutting us off saying that they can’t deliver there. Would not give corporates number for us to try and get the points that we spent back. Straight up rude and disrespectful. HONESTLY IF YALL JUST DON’T WANNA DELIVER JUST SAY THAT WASTING PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY. Always nice ans respectful to people that work in this industry cause i was in there but this is just disgusting.
