My order wasn't delivered and the store staff didn't attempt to contact me. When I contacted the store I was insulted and lied to. After explaining how their claim of the order being delivered to my door wasn't possible, the manager claimed he would reverse the charge and hung up on me, only to then refuse to refund my order.
