We had to call back with a NEW NUMBER to find out where our pizza was, and said would be there in 10(never came), then after almost 2 hours eventually someone else answered the phone and tried to give us another pizza, but we just fainted a refund at that point. also the first individual on the phone was very condescending to the initial caller. All in all terrible experience, not a good time
