Dropped a lot of money here on my kids. The one machine ate like five rounds of credits for my son. A gentleman came up who was the manager and corrected the situation the best way he could despite many things out of his control , and being the only game manager there. We then got some food , the woman behind the bar served us. She was so sweet and friendly. My whole experience was ruined when the waitress gave us our check. After dropping over a hundred dollars on games and food, I asked about the first responder discount , 15 percent. As there was a sign stating such. The waitress was blasted by the manager for not checking ID , supposedly. When I spoke to the manager , she stated it’s not for all nurses, only ER nurses. She proceeded to say CNAs also can’t use the discount. I explained a nurse and a cna are not the same , and the sign only says “ nurses “. She proceeded to say then everyone in this room would get the discount pretty much. I told her I found it really strange to give the waitress a hard time for giving us the discount and accusing her of not really checking we were nurses. Especially when there is a legit a registry to look it up and we both also had ID. Be careful with Dave and busters false advertisement and discrimination.

As a mother of a special needs son I love when my kid can go out and live a normal life without worrying if someone is going to make fun of my child. We took a trip to Dave and busters at Franklin mills mall and our Server “Kye” made fun of my son Xavier with down syndrome! My son was trying to order his own food and the server proceeded to laugh at him . I then asked him to please come back as my son was getting very overwhelmed and when he came back he proceeded to laugh. Dave and busters has been ruined for my family!

I wanted to give a big shoutout to Dave & Buster’s for the great experience we had. Our server, Kyle, was extremely polite, patient, and very attentive the entire time. He checked in on us frequently, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept a great attitude the whole visit. Service like that really makes a difference. I also want to recognize the manager, a woman who came by and was just as kind and professional. She was very welcoming and made sure everything was going well, which showed how much they care about their customers’ experience. Overall, the service was excellent and really made our visit enjoyable. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have team members like Kyle and their manager representing them so well.

The absolute worst. Finally get seated an hour after getting there. Another half hour after that at least we finally get a server. And about an hour after that food finally starts showing up but very hit and miss burgers like hockey pucks. Some people never got their order, refills on drinks next to impossible. Manager over multiple times to go over things. Heard about other people there just walking out and leaving the table right next to us had the same exact issues. They need more kitchen and bar staff. Oh and at one point someone decided to crank on the speakers right above our table and there went any conversation ridiculously loud when asked about they acted like it was like that the whole time.

Where do I even BEGIN with this absolute CIRCUS of an evening? We had 7:30 reservations—you know, that ancient concept where you BOOK A TIME and expect to be seated at that time? Apparently Dave & Buster's interprets "reservation" as "vague suggestion that we'll acknowledge if we feel like it." The hostess stand was staffed by someone doing their best DEER IN HEADLIGHTS impression, just... STARING at the line piling up behind us. Not checking anyone in. Not consulting the list. Just existing in a state of paralyzed terror while the crowd grew. Naturally, people behind us just... seated themselves? And she let it happen? So we stood there with our RESERVATION watching walk-ins get tables. What was the reservation even FOR? Vibes? Ambiance? A false sense of security? Finally got seated. Twenty minutes for someone to take our DRINK orders. TWENTY. MINUTES. I've seen continental drift happen faster. Ordered a beer. "That one's sold out." Fantastic. Why is it on the menu? Why are we playing beverage roulette? Calamari arrives and it's giving "freezer aisle disappointment." Chewy rubber bands that probably insulted the squid they came from. Then the DINNER ORDER SAGA begins. Waitress takes our order. Fine. Comes back TEN MINUTES LATER to ask what we ordered again. Ma'am, did you black out? Did you experience a minor temporal rift? What HAPPENED in those ten minutes? But WAIT—it gets BETTER. Our food is finally ready and the server delivers it to the EMPTY TABLE behind us—a table COVERED in dirty plates and dessert remnants with NOBODY SITTING THERE—says "here you go!" with the confidence of someone who knows exactly what they're doing, and WALKS AWAY. Just casually serving a table that looks like it was abandoned during the rapture. The Phantom Family got their entrees before we did! I hope they enjoyed them! Meanwhile the couple in front of us—who sat BEFORE us—STILL don't have food. When it finally arrives, they don't have SILVERWARE. The guy goes to get some and comes back with PLASTIC CUTLERY. At a sit-down restaurant. We're not at a food truck. We're not at a picnic. We're at DAVE & BUSTER'S where you're supposed to eat overpriced mediocre food with ACTUAL FORKS! Oh, and my date's burger? They forgot to remove the lettuce and tomato like requested, BUT somehow remembered the "extra pickles" special request—which then NEVER MADE IT ONTO THE ACTUAL BURGER. So we have rogue produce that shouldn't be there and missing pickles that should. It's like the kitchen played telephone with the order and lost. By the time we got our to-go box (because who could possibly finish this nightmare meal?), our server PLACED IT UPSIDE DOWN ON THE TABLE. Open end DOWN. Just flipped it like a little plastic hat and walked away. My pasta was already cold, and I was NOT about to scrape it off the table into an inverted box like some sort of sad food archaeologist. To their credit, they DID comp our entrees. I guess when you accidentally feed invisible people and forget how boxes work, that's the least you can do. It's like getting a participation trophy for surviving a disaster. "Congratulations on enduring our complete systemic failure—here's $30 off!" Somehow we made it to dessert and escaped with our lives and our sanity barely intact. The invisible family behind us is probably still waiting for their check. Dave & Buster's: Come for the arcade games, stay because they literally forgot you exist, leave questioning the fabric of reality itself. Would not recommend unless you enjoy performance art themed around organizational collapse and condiment-based betrayal.
