    Came in with my family for bowling and food. The experience was already a bit clunky since bowling and food have to be checked out separately, and the bowling area itself shows clear signs of heavy wear; lanes, seating, and overall facilities are in obvious need of an update. The real issue came at checkout for the food. The server quoted the subtotal, kept the payment screen facing herself, tapped through the prompts quickly, and handed it back saying she had “skipped the tip.” That immediately felt off. I asked for a receipt and her demeanor changed instantly. It then took nearly 20 minutes to produce one. When I finally received the receipt, a 20% tip had already been applied without my consent. I did not authorize it. I did not select it. For context, I’ve worked in food service. I don’t stiff people, 20% is my minimum. I’m more than happy to tip for good service, but tipping yourself and hoping the customer doesn’t notice is unacceptable. I left and was later flagged down by another employee saying a manager wanted to speak with me, which says plenty on its own. Turning the screen away during payment is a huge red flag. Customers should absolutely check their receipts carefully here.

    Went bowling with the kids first. Our lane had nothing but problems. The balls were all banged up and you hear it when you roll them. 4 times we requested help. I finally had to walk to the front of the place to get help. Nobody was around anywhere. So we gave up and went to the games. The kids like the ticket games, 35% of the games did not give us any tickets. When we finally get to the ticket store, my $180.00 worth of game play got the two kids two small items each that probably cost .75 cents in any other store.

    The waitress was wonderful .the food was smacking played the games was really fun I stayed there for a couple hours played pool then the arcades .

    Waitress was great but we had a party of 25 people spent over thousands and the kitchen did not letup up at all! We waited hours ! But the food was finally good ! Games ok terrible workers ! Never again
