Horrible birthday dinner for my son to start off by saying I can understand frustration from staff when they have management not hearing their problems but that SHOULD NEVER BE TALKED ABOUT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS PERIOD THE LINE WAS CROSSED BEFORE I COULD GET TO ORDER. I asked for salt and pepper before we ordered our food by the time w got salt the entire top of the salt and pepper were on loose so when you shake it upside down it went everywhere 🙃 instead of say hey let me get you a new meal I got eye rolled and she walked away giggling. The food came and it was ice cold a family of 5 w a baby couldn't even eat together as a family half the orders were late by 20 mins and when we needed refills we went to the bar and got them ourselves... here's the BEST PART OF THE DINNER I ASKED FOR A PRINTED OUT VERSION OF MY BILL BECAUSE I DO MATH IN MY HEAD and our bill should had been around 150ish she tried to tell me it's 183 so I asked to see it she was ignorant as hell my husband almost snapped at her for her disrespect attitude. She tried to give herself a 30 dollar tip if I paid w card I told her absolutely not it's suggested not a given and girlfriend im old school you gotta earn a 30 dollar tip in my book it was the most horrible waitress and food id ever seen. Please pay w cash to see ya checks in paper version bc that was wrong. Her Lil comments about my wig being ugly I have cancer and have no choice what's your excuse smh

Walk in pay 100 for 2 card. Waited at empty bar for 30 min only for the waiter to say they will text the barkeep. He shows up and says he’s gotta go and there another bar across the room. Wife an I walk over and the barkeep is annoyed that I’m over here because she on her way to the bathroom. I kindly tell her to go and I’ll be here. She says 2 min and she’ll be back. She took 10 min. I ordered my two drinks and included 5$ tip and left this review. I won’t be back. They’re lucky they got me for $100 at the door for those games cards.

GHOST TOWN. I came to this Dave and Buster's last Thursday, 10/30/25 at around 4:30. Upon walking in we did not see a hostess or staff at the front counter so we started to walk in to the dining/bar/pool area. There was not a single person in there eating or working. I then looked up on my phone if they were open and it said open at 11am. We went to the back by the arcade where I saw a man putting ice in the coolers of the bar. I asked him if they were open and he gave me a nasty answer about being the only one working there. I didn't know what to do, so I sat my mother down and looked around for an employee. To kill time, I bought a reloadable card for $25 because I thought I would be there awhile. A gentleman with a "GAME TIME" shirt was walking around, we asked him if he could help us and he said no and that he would call someone. After 10 minutes no came over. I walked around to near the gift/ticket area and the lady behind the counter (who was talking to her friend, cause he told me he didn't work there) she told me she would call someone. Waited another 5 mins. Went back over to the GAME TIME man and he said he'd call again. Now walking over is the man from the beginning who was filling ice, who proceeds to yell at my mother and I for trying to order something, claiming hes the only one here and that it is his 6th double in a row. We were both flustered, but I asked for a drink, but when I saw him write my order on his palm, I told my mother this is not right and we got up and left. I do not know what to do with this card, as I never want to come back here again. The staff was awful. The Fringe restaurant across the street was much nicer to us. We were in town, from New Jersey, for a concert at the Fillmore. I told my mother that great spot to eat and unwind for a little after our drive/before the show would be this place on the pier. WRONG.

I am very disappointed in this business. They are located right on the Delaware River Trail, which is a tremendously popular running, walking, and cycling trail. There are constantly people moving along this trail enjoying the exercise or commuting safely. I don't own a car and for 2 years, I biked along the Delaware River Trail to get to work. Dave + Busters lets their semi delivery trucks completely block this trail while they are unloading. This forces pedestrians, runners, and cyclists into the extremely busy traffic along Delaware Ave. This is extremely unsafe and I am frankly shocked that this status quo is acceptable. I would recommend that they switch to smaller delivery trucks or schedule deliveries at non-peak times. This business is being a bad neighbor and forcing vulnerable trail users into unsafe conditions.
