  This place has contributed to one of the worst paid experiences of my life. We had potentially the most incompetent waitress I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of interacting with. She was completely incapable of a single task. She took menus off another table because “it would take to long to get menus.” We had to steal silverware off another table because we didn’t get any. She didn’t even know what a jack and coke was and called a Jager and coke a jiggmaster when ordering our drinks, that had no menu pricing btw. The food and drinks came out at random times throughout the night. When our miserable dining experience came to an end, she couldn’t split the check more than two ways, and when she did, it took her 15 minutes for it to still be wrong. My friend paid for the wrong items and we couldn’t even get a receipt sent to us or printed because “that would take to long and I have other tables to get to.” Don’t think the games are any better here either. We payed for the “unlimited gaming experience” card for $55 and it capped at 1500 tickets. After winning 1 jackpot and playing for an hour, my card was capped from earning more. You know what my reward was for maxing out the limit on my “unlimited gaming experience” card? I received one bag of candy. One bag of these weird mamba sticks. Also, don’t think there is anything else worth more for 1500 tickets either. I checked, trust me. If you go here and spend your money, you are contributing to corporate scamming. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in another Dave and Busters ever again. Also, if you go here and eat, you’ll probably contract a heart condition considering you’d have more health benefits from eating a fried stick of butter. About 80% of their menu has a huge sodium warning on it as if they try and pack as much salt and fat into your food as possible. I’m assuming they want to see you go into cardiac arrest on their dining room floor, so they can take the items from your pockets as you watch havens light swallow you up. The only true pro of this place was the cesar salad because it was probably the best I have had, so I’ll give the food a 2 instead of 1. Please go to Round 1 or a local arcade instead of here.

  I usually like to come here play games and have a drink, it use to be twin brothers that served at the bar in the game area they were super nice but lately it’s been a guy there who attitude is horrible, he actually got smart with me lastnight at the bar when I ordered my drinks. I do not know his name but he is brownskin taller guy, muscles & a haircut. He needs to be fired or fix his attitude.

  To pay $30 for parking then to have to wait forever to be served is ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to even get asked if I wanted something to drink. I left! & today no service in the front, only by the games but the customer is waiting forever to be serviced! This isn’t the first time. Months ago I waited 1 hour for my food and ended up having my drinks payed for but I left before any food was given. Today is my last time ever stepping foot in this location! If service is gonna be crazy shut the kitchen down all together

  Went here on what I assume is an off night. I would think that would make it easier to maintain. However, the greeting staff was unaware of the event we were attending and the place smelled and looked unkempt. This was especially true by the bay, which smelled of recently cleaned vomit. Even tables which hadn't been eaten off recently didn't appear clean. The food was okay at best. I was so hungry I just ate without thinking too much about it. Some of the staff were at least kind but I wouldn't say any of them were warm, except one who may have been the manager. The bathroom wasn't clean either. This used to be a fun hang spot. Maybe my youth blinded me to what was always true.

  This is the worst Dave and Busters of all time. The restaurant was not busy, they just did not staff the crappy Superbowl party properly. They had one girl for the whole event. It took 20 minutes to get seated, we were the only people in line to be seated with empty tables available. Your hostess' (plural) kept walking away. There was nobody in the dining room either. Once seated, it took 30 minutes to order a drink (coke and water)....an additional 25 minutes to THE drink. We ordered wings and cocktails along with bar burgers and additional food. The beer was lost, they sent the cocktail to another table and the pathetic looking wings were cold and gray looking. 1.5 hours later our food and burgers never came nor did our server. We wasted 3 hours on crap service. $40 on drinks that were less than par. The only person working was the busser and 1 waitress. And a lot of people were standing around at the bar and upfront. It took an additionally 30 minutes to get a supervisor to remove the food that never came. The manager with the blonde hair proceeds to tell my friend "that we don't appreciate what they were trying to do for us and we don't know what they go through". Excuse me? It was a slow night, I worked at D and B on way busier nights in Florida and I have never seen a crappier ran restaurant. The male manager who took the food order didn't even know the promotion that was going on. Do not charge people money if you cannot staff this event properly. 3 hrs for 5 wings is insane. The restaurant is dirty, the other staff stand around and avoid eye contact so they don't have to help and your manager is hiding upfront so she doesn't have to run food. Get a mop, clean the tables and clean your nasty bathroom. Please overhaul your management. The other 1 star reviews are extremely accurate. Having the staff and family members write 5 stars is a bold face lie. That place is nasty. The best thing that happened to me was getting out of that sticky, dirty, poorly ran restaurant. I lost over $125 on 3 items but it was worth it.
