Trash establishment, trash staff, trash service, trash food trash everything 😂. Don’t waste your hard earned money on a place that doesn’t put in the effort to care about their own business.

This is my usual location. This visit was very disappointing. My server came over and said "do you know what your having?" I responded "Hello". We ordered and the food was fine but I never saw the server again until the bill. I've never searched for a person more in my life. I still tipped a little more than 15% which is low for me (I'm an 18-22% tipper). My complaint is that I spent $110 on food and $102 on 2 cards for my boys and they were not able to get Any "free" prizes (of course we know they're not free). The shop's point system has been raised so much that a blow pop would have costed $6.00! WTH!. We usually can get 2 pieces of crappy candy each for our time and money spent and my kids leave happy. My kids left empty handed and disappointed today because I refuse to pay $6 each in cash for a blow pop. Do Better Dave and Busters!!😡
