I was placing an online delivery order for my daughter, who has celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. Unfortunately, the delivery app didn’t have a way to select gluten-free options, even though I know this location offers gluten-free Oreos and is very careful about cross-contamination. I called the store to see if there was a way to make this work, and Stephanie was so kind and accommodating. She took the time to reassure me that she would thoroughly clean the Blizzard machine and make sure to use the gluten-free Oreos for my daughter’s treat. Her understanding of celiac disease and her willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me as a parent. Thank you, Stephanie (and Doug, too!), for your incredible service. It’s such a relief to know there’s a Dairy Queen we can trust for safe and delicious gluten-free ice cream treats. You’re the best!
