  This place is one of the most disappointing establishments I’ve ever encountered. I went to purchase bags of chitterlings that were advertised at $15.99 per 5lb bag. When I got to the checkout, the cashier looked at me like I had three heads. I asked what the problem was, and the young man told me, “They’re $30 a bag.” I showed him the ad that clearly stated $15.99, and he acknowledged it with an “okay.” Then, after a prompt from his less-than-cordial manager, he informed me, “It’s only one per customer.” I asked where that was mentioned in the ad, and the manager, with unnecessary attitude, pointed out some fine print at the bottom. I then inquired if I needed to leave and re-enter the store for each bag. She looked flustered and repeated, “It’s only one per customer.” I suspect their reaction was because I caught them on the price and wanted to buy six bags. It’s absurd to think I’d pay $30 each, especially when they were behaving so unprofessionally over merchandise they don’t even own. Ctown management, if you happen to read this, your entire staff at this location needs serious customer service training. Even though the establishment serves the local community, customers willing to spend their money there deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. As I left the store, vowing never to return, I did thank the young cashier for his attempt to assist me. Overall, it was a horrible shopping experience.
