- RBRichada Buxton6 days ago1.0Beware the worse chipotle in Philly and they just opened I will never go back unless they make some changes in staff they are so rude and unprofessional and don’t get me started on the food good thing they give you very very little portions of everything because it’s nasty steak taste overdone burnt chicken is gummy rice is crunchy guac taste old I’ve had the worse experience wish I would have read the reviews first I really give them a negative zero -5 never again

I also pulled a massive hair out of my mouth while eating my bowl, which added on to the already bad food. Employees were also arguing in front of us at the counter for who was going to ring us up which was awkward.

To keep it simple: service was subpar, portions were small, and the employee customer service was horrible. PLEASE MANAGERS, DO YOUR JOB! This spot has a lot of potential. I'd rather not drive 30 minutes to another location because the ones near me are trash. 😔
