I’m not actually used to chipotle’s being open this late or typically, I’m not the type to be shopping for chipotle this late tonight, but your location was very dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. There was a lot of trash on the floor. I could see that your grill was very burnt and dirty with discarded meat off to the side and by 9 PM there was no sautéed veggies still available. When I arrived, and I stood there and got ready to order the person behind the counter, just looked at me and I looked at them and they just expected me to start the process of ordering. There was no greeting. There was no welcome to chipotle a good evening welcome in. There was no type of making me feel welcome to your store. Thanks for doing what you do to support veterans, but I also think that your customers would like to feel more welcome. Whenever are they going to your store and also when are they going to your store they would like to go into a store that’s clean.

Then they locked the door. Wish I could lock just the door when I didn’t feel like working.
