Absolutely disgusting. Unbelievable amount of trash and food debris across every single table top throughout the entire restaurant. I guarantee you these tabletops have not been wiped down or cleared of trash and food debris for quite a while this evening. The Food line was disappointing, chaotic with food debris everywhere. No brown rice, no grilled mixed vegetables. I asked for the brown rice and he said that's going to be a while and when I asked for the grilled mixed vegetables he said they haven't even grilled them yet this evening. This is a Saturday night in downtown Philadelphia. I witnessed at least two couples changing their mind and walking out after taking a look at the food line. Unbelievable. There is no excuse for this. Absolutely fault the management. The employees behind the line were chaotic and completely uninterested. They were arguing with each other and one was even tossing cigarettes towards another employee. Unacceptable. Can only mark it up as really poor management an uninterested employees. This restaurant is filthy. Saturday December 20th at 6:00 p.m.

There were about 10 young lads "working" here tonight (clearly overstaffed in quantity without quality), yet it took 15 mins to get 1 burrito bowl & another 15 to serve 3 other customers simple burrito orders. I agree with others that walk-ins are given vast priority over pickups. This was anything but "fast" food.
Customer service was clearly either never taught or never learned, as these kids cared far more about standing round chatting loudly & inappropriately and standing round staring at their iPhones. There seemed to be no supervisor present. If there was, then they need to be replaced. Nobody was encouraged by anyone to work instead of talking or doing nothing.
The cashier stood staring down at his mobile phone the entire time I was there, only looking up to process money. When I inquired about my order, he didn't respond & just walked away. It was clear none of them wanted to be there & they're too young & unprofessional to be left so unattended & unsupervised.
The fact more & more customers were standing waiting altered nothing of their behaviour, which was lethargic, detached, unprofessional & disinterested. They tossed my order without wrapping it up properly & acted as if THEY were doing ME the favour by (finally) doing their jobs.
Needless to say, I've no desire to return to this location.
