Food cross contaminated everywhere. Food thrown on the counters, grills and floors. Staff are visibly upset and slamming utensils while complaining to each other. Food they are making looks horrible. The entire place is in disarray. So much for visiting Philly!

I have contacted the customer service and showed them the receipt, and simply aksed for a refund. Instead of refunding me, they offered me a free meal! I will NEVER go back to this disgusting restaurant chain ever.. and I am still asking them for a refund but they don’t respond. Shame.

Strangers aren’t going to re-open the bag nor is anyone else simply doing a pickup going to know. Just have the ENTIRE PAID MEAL READY. Chipotle is STINGY with refunds, if it’s not right the first time who’s going to return here.
