I ordered some food for pickup, as I was leaving the store I noticed some things were missing, specifically guac which apparently they were “out of it” and no one informed me. Did they seriously think I’d just pay for a large guac and not notice? NOT only that, when I went back to ask the worker about it, she said they were out WHILE I witnessed she gave the guy ordering food in line “a special scoop of guac from the back”. So straight up LIE. On top of that, the chips were stale, my burrito was literally HALF the size of my hand, and when I questioned it, the worker claimed “that’s the regular serving,” which is flat-out false. I got a burrito here two weeks ago and it was bigger than my hand, which is what I normally receive. Both my burrito and bowl had barely any chicken, even though I paid for chicken. On top of everything I waited HALF AN HOUR for this less than disgusting “fast food”. Overall, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. This issue is specifically with the night crew on Friday 1/30 at the 1512 Walnut Street location. @chipotle this is completely unacceptable.
