  Has happened more than once ordering mobile pickup or delivery. They’ll accept your order then when it’s time they’ll say they never got the order or don’t have it. I’ve worked in restaurants my entire life if a courier or customer has on app your store location and mobile receipt it needs to be honored and made. I understand maybe it got handed off to the wrong person mistakes happen but it is on the restaurant to replace that order

  Mad disrespectful with how the handle your food. My burger was cold although I arrived on time for pick up, then I ordered a fully loaded fry and they threw it in the bag sideways and had cheese and just mess all at the bottom of the bag. 1/10 would not recommend. Not to mention the attitudes and if you order online you have to go inside to get your order despite there being no heat on the inside.

  Waited in the drive through line forever and they wouldn’t hand us our mobile order through the window when we finally Made it through - even though it was already paid for and ready. They made us continue to wait in the drive thru line and then go around to walk to the side window. (Which FYI took more time for staff bc they closed in 10 minutes) (lol have some self perseveration guys) Tried to refuse to give us a shake on our order. Staff was rude and un accommodating.

  Terrible I feel like they take your food deer. I ordered something and I didn’t get my order correct so I had to let it go. I tried to call. Nobody answered. It must be a lot of people in there that don’t care about their jobs and just do whatever they want. I hope they can get their situations together, but I honestly would never order from here again. It must be a lot of immature people working here. They don’t care about the service of other people they always get your order mixed up. The food is cold. I got a big Beaufort Mill and I could kill the french fries in the box. There was 22.

  I recently went to the checkers on Lancaster avenue and it was terrible. I ordered off of the checkers app and not only did they get my order wrong, the food was horrible. I ordered two big Buford burgers and neither of them were what I asked for, but I didn't make it a big deal - until I started eating the food. The buns were crunchy and inedible that I nearly through up. The only thing that was good was the fries. My order was supposed to include two apple pies, which was not there and when I asked about them they said that they didn't have any more and I couldn't get a refund. About a week before that I went to that same location and had no problems, but I believe it was because there was a completely different staff at the time. That particular staff was spot on and had everything good to go and was efficient. This time though, this staff consistent of young boys goofing around, playing on their phones and taking their time. Hopefully that was a one time thing but if that continues something has to be done. Like I stated earlier, my previous visit was the complete opposite, but that could've been because it was doing the week around rush hour. This time it was on a late Saturday night where they apparently have kids running the show. Maybe I'll give them one more try but if things don't get any better than I may have to consider another location, or leave checkers alone all together, because this was a terrible experience.
