As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I finally completed my order I had to pull over and wait for it. 20 minutes later when I got my bought to the car it was missing items. When he went back to retrieve the apple pies they were broken as if they fell on the floor and was scooped up and given to me. I will not be returning . When they first open they were very professional. I don't know what happened because it wasn't busy at all and a lot of people were just standing around.

I stood in the front window for like 8 minutes while they took care of the drive thru people. I know they saw me standing there! Finally I just left! Never going back!!

This checkers literally tries to force you to buy large combos after 7pm. The man told me he wasn’t going to charge for an extra sauce and what did he do….charge me. Every time I come here they scam in some kind of way. Never again and I mean that! Dishonest scammers!
