As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I said something about it she had an attitude like here! with another lid and closed the window. It was just unpleasant . I've never had one god experience here and all the local restaurants/places know me. I will never come here again but needed this to be said as they have new management but their workers are POORLY trained on service. The employees will be their demise in the future if no one addresses the situation. For that highly disheveled and disgruntled woman working the drive thru headset. Honestly if you hate dealing with people you should not be working with the public. Providing paying customers a service with a nasty demeanor will lead you nowhere. Asking for a clean cup without dirt and hair on it is not wrong and the bare minimum. The food was also terrible but the experience was worse. and I honestly love checkers this is just a bad one
