  I want to send a gracious thank you to the entire CAVA team tonight, but a special thanks goes to Melissa. Words can not express how she lightened my mood after having a very tough work week. In my disorientation, while my order was being made, I walked out and left part of my order. Thanks to the manager, Ciara, for allowing me to come and get my CAVA bowl at a later date. I am a manager of almost 700 direct reports, and after helping my employees cope with a tragic untimely loss of a team member, I did not have the energy to come retrieve the rest of my order. To Melissa: Please continue to embrace the joyous disposition that you exuded today! Even during tough days -tough weeks like mine- continue to be the shining light in spaces that are dim! I appreciate all that you have done to make me feel better today. I hope every customer will get to experience your presence. Never change that amazing quality about yourself.

  It was truly a pleasure to dine in this establishment. The atmosphere and ambience was truly a delight, I felt as if I was dining in the comfort of my home. The meal was exquisite, with a perfect ratio of protein to other accoutrements. 1000x better than bum Chipotle. One exceptional employee by the name of Max was truly the highlight of my dining experience, as he not only prepared my meal quickly and accurately, but he greeted me with a smile and made me feel like part of the CAVA family. I already anticipate my next visit to this establishment, and I hope that employee Max will be there to make me feel welcome once again🥲

  My partners from work & I come to this location often & LOVE it. The food is good of course but the customer service makes the visit even better. The staff are pleasant each visit, Sierra & Ashley always make the visit feel more personable. They know our orders, make us feel welcome & are always able to balance engaging with us while keeping things moving smoothly within the store. The entire staff make sure the upkeep of the store is tended to & there’s a welcoming environment.

  When I say good? Oh my gosh—this place is beyond good. I usually only leave reviews for restaurants I really like, but Kava? They’re playing in a whole different league. This is upper echelon, world-class food. The Lamb Meatballs? That’s where the magic starts. The pulled lamb alone is something I’ve never tasted before—tender, flavorful, and just unforgettable. It knocked my socks off. Then you’ve got the spicy broccoli, feta cheese, spinach, and that date balsamic vinaigrette tying it all together—absolutely slam dunk perfection. Cava doesn’t just serve food; they serve experiences. This is a culinary slam dunk that deserves a standing ovation. A special shout-out to Melissa, who took care of me from start to finish. She explained everything in detail, made sure I understood the menu, and even gave me the perfect drink recommendation—blueberry lavender and lemonade. And yes, she was absolutely right—they work together perfectly. That mix alone deserves its own round of applause.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The customer service was excellent — everyone was so kind, patient, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Max, Khayan, and Sierra went above and beyond to make my order perfect and made me feel welcome from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers and love what they do. Thank you for the great service and positive energy — I’ll definitely be coming back!
